He was predeceased by: his parents, Rinaldo Robert and Hazel Cash Baccary; his sister Betty Philpott; his former wife Pauline Brown Baccary; and his son Andrew Baccary.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Stivers of Winchester; his son James Baccary Jr. (Kathy) of Winchester; his stepchildren, Mark Stivers (Pamela) of Winchester and Sharon Boyd (Brett) of Winchester; his grandchildren, Robert Baccary (Lauren), Joseph Baccary, Brittany Swiger (Adam), Charles DeFreitas (Johnathan), Benjamin Stivers, Ethan Stivers (Brittany) and Samuel Stivers; and his great grandchild Lillian Swiger.
