With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Michael Blackburn in Winchester, Virginia, who passed away on November 17, 2022 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father James Cecil. He is survived by: his wife Tori A. Blackburn; his sons, James M. Blackburn, Jr. and Michael K. Blackburn (Carrie) of Frederick County, VA; his sister Joyce Allison of Winchester; his grandchildren, Jimmy III, Jasmine, Matthew, Dawson, Travis, Jacob and Joshua Blackburn; his father Jerry Weatherholtz; his mother-in-law Bonnie Weatherholtz of Pensacola, FL; his brother Mike; and his sister-in-law Regina Weatherholtz of Dothan, AL. He is also survived by his family, his fire fighter brothers.
