She is survived by: her mother Gloria Jean Baltimore Carter; her daughter Quanine Carter; her grandsons, Tyberius Carter, Nehemiah Carter, Julian Carter and Ethan Carter; and her siblings, Rebecca L. Carter, Clifford Pete Carter, Jr. and Jerel Lamont Carter.
