She is survived by: her spouse Warren E. Shifflett; her children, Roxanne Marie Palmer (Bob) of Milton, NC and Anthony Edward Shifflett of Winchester; and her sisters, Margaret Clowser of Winchester and Ruth Wenger of Akron, PA. She is also survived by two grandchildren; three great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
