She was predeceased by: her parents, John William Bell, Sr. and Jennie Kate Rice Haines; her spouse Miller Paul Kagey; her daughter Theo "Susie" Kagey; and her sisters, Theo Parsons and Rachel Luttrell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jennie Nickleson of Winchester, VA, Karen Kagey of White Post, VA and Stacy Bromley-Wenger of Winchester, VA; her brother John W. Bell, Jr. of Berryville, VA; and her grandchildren, Leslie Nicholson of Charlotte, NC, Sara Bruner of Culpeper, VA, Rachel Bromley of Winchester, VA, Cyrus Robertson of White Post, VA and Paul Bromley of Winchester, VA. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
