He was predeceased by: his father Howard H. Herbaugh; and his siblings, Samuel Herbaugh, Ellen Russell, Shirley Stead and Marie McCarter.
He is survived by: his children, William "Billy" Herbaugh, Susan Ritter (John) and Mark Herbaugh; and his siblings, Jerry, Robert, George, John Herbaugh, Audrey Shiflett, Rebecca Oates and Debbie Dart. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
