She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Breeden and Mary Madeline "Maggie" Breeden. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Wilkerson (Terry) of Berkeley Springs, WV, Roxanna Orndorff (Mark) of Winchester, VA, Richard Jenkins, Jr. of Winchester, VA and Rodney Jenkins of Winchester, VA; her grandchildren, Bryan, Brittany, Ryan, Kristen, Sarah, MacKenzie and Aubrey; her great grandchildren, Kaiden, Bryson, River, Kaileigh and Izaiah; and her cousins, Hilda Ritenour, Robert Tomlin and Allen Smallwood.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Amherst Chapel (1600 Amherst St, Winchester, VA 22601). A memorial service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Mount Olive Cemetery (327 Mt Olive Rd, Winchester, VA 22602).
