He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Laird and Edith May Laird. He is survived by: his wife Vicki; his stepson Kevin Smith (Meadow) of Winchester; his granddaughters, Victoria Englund, Mia Smith and Gwendolyn Smith; his brother Ray Gardner (Barbara) of Port; and his nephews, Brian and Bruce Gardner.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Jones Funeral Home - Winchester (228 S Pleasant Valley Rd, Winchester, VA 22601). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
