Carroll (Scott) of Cross Junction, VA and Janet M. Palmer (Christopher) of Missoula, MT; his wife Elizabeth Parks Mann; and his siblings, Annie Lillian "Lil" Mann and Dr. David Samuel Mann. He was also cherished by five grandchildren.
