She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Walter and Nellie Jenkins Racey; her husband Leonard Ellsworth Foltz; her son Jerry Allen Foltz; and her sisters, Nancy Grant, Mary Jenkins, Linda Boyce and Dorothy Hoffmaster.
She is survived by: her sons, Leonard Walter Foltz of Winchester, VA and Dennis Lee Foltz of Alabama; her grandchildren, Amanda Fletcher, Ashley Foltz, Julie Ann Foltz, Misty Cousins and Michelle Foltz; her great grandchildren, Victoria Schwing, Dean Sanchez, Jacob Sanchez, Felicity Jeffries, Lilannah Cousins, Lennox Cousins, Logan Whitehead, Tristan Whitehead and Madison Whitehead; her great great grandchild Noah Schwing; and her sisters, Marguerite R. George of Woodstock, VA, Peggy R. Fahnestock of Strasburg, VA and Mabel A. Rinker of Tucson, AZ. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of cousins.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Riverview Cemetery.
