He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Hugh and Marguerite McCoole (Willis); his stepdaughter Dianna Smith; his grandson Sparky Stewart; his brothers, Donald Kenneth McCoole and Ronnie McCoole; his siblings-in-law, Robert "Bob" Daigle, Debbie McCoole and Frances McCoole; and his nephew Christopher McCoole.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Jean McCoole (White); his children, Elisha McCoole (Steve Elliott) of Waldorf, MD, Alana McCoole of Mechanicsville, MD and Crystal Willingham (Zackery) of Winchester; his stepchildren, Billy Joe Smith of Winchester and Dee Dee Keplinger (Eugene) of Lahmansville, WV; and his siblings, James McCoole of Woodbridge, VA, Brenda Daigle of Fort Ashby, WV, Beverly Hyre of McCoole and Karen Escalanta (Eddie) of Clarksburg, MD.. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
