He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Louise and Charles Elwood Householder; his brother Charles Householder, Jr.; and his son-in-law Richard Evans. He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Freeman; his daughters, Joan Evans-Bannon (Jon) and Joyce Householder; his stepgrandchildren, Christin, Cody, Katie and Kari; his sisters, Libby Woodard (Charles) and Cathy Simmons (Jessie); his stepsister Patricia Roberts; and his cousins, Roy Taylor, Carol Taylor, Donna Taylor, Kay Nichols and Jerry Taylor.
