He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Garland Lewis Sager, Sr. and Eunice Miller Davis; his spouse Teresea Lynn Luttrell Wallace; his children, Garland Simmons of Winchester, VA and Jade Sager of Winchester, VA; his stepson Jeff Wallace of Winchester, VA; and his sisters, Cheri Lineweaver of Winchester, VA and Robyn Dunlap of Winchester, VA. He was also cherished by three grandchildren.
