She was predeceased by: her parents, Venner C. Milhon and Hilda F. Racey Milhon; her husband Buck; her daughter Bonnie Newlin; her brothers, Clayton Milhon, Lloyd Milhon and Jerry Milhon; and her close friend Thelma Snapp.
She is survived by: her son Robert Arnold of Winchester; her grandchildren, Irvin Boyce (Jessica) of Winchester and Marlena Wisnasky (Steve) of Edwardsville, IL; her great grandchildren, Olivia Boyce, Annaniya Wisnasky, Payton Boyce and Grayson Wisnasky; her siblings, Peggy Brewer, Patricia Shell and Clifton Milhon; and her cousin Suzzie Weibel. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Freda's name to Mount Pleasant Lamps United Methodist Church, 1800 Wardensville Grade Winchester, VA 22602.
