It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Carpenter of Winchester, Virginia, who passed away on February 23, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Burton Ackerman and Doris Ackerman (Maraskey); and her siblings, Sharon Maraskey and Russell Howard. She is survived by: her husband Dennis; her son Christopher Reason (Anke); her grandchildren, Ashley, Collin and Charlotte; and her siblings, Donna Mannel (Thomas), Michael Maraskey (Karen) and Darryl Ackerman (Debbie).
