She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Botkin and Susan Botkin (Harold Wayne Kagey, Sr.); her husband Cecil Parker Perry, Jr.; and her brothers, Joseph and Gerald Botkin.
She is survived by: her daughters, Teresa Oates and Linda Legge-Krippner (Kevin, Sr.). She is also survived by grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Welltown United Methodist Church (1444 Welltown Rd, Clear Brook, VA 22624).
