She is survived by: her husband Howard Lawrence Pennington, Jr.; her children, Holly L. Duff (Alex) of Stephenson, VA and Jeffrey H. Pennington (Laura) of Middletown, VA; her siblings, Judianne Rinker of Strasburg, VA, Sheila Ross of Lake Wales, FL and Ronald Anderson; her grandchildren, Kimberlee Williams and Josiah Duff; and her great grandchildren, Gavin, Roger, Scarlett and Melody.
