We are sad to announce that on January 2, 2023, at the age of 87, Eddie Martel Farmer (Winchester, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles F. Farmer and Colleen Carper Farmer. He is survived by: his wife Anita Pennypacker Farmer; his daughters, Tina K. Farmer and P. Elizabeth Farmer of Winchester, VA.; and his stepchildren, David W. Oates, Michael W. Oates of Winchester and Susan Oates Jones of Hilton Head, S. C.. He is also survived by five step-grandchildren and two step-great grandchildren.
