It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Helena Fletcher (Winchester, Virginia), who passed away on November 22, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Broy and Lottie Broy; and her husband John Leroy Fletcher, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Laura Geisen (Billy) of Chantilly, VA and John L. Fletcher, Jr. (Kathy) of Cross Junction, VA; her grandchildren, Megan Westenmeyer, Mike Fletcher and Bridget Geisen; and her great grandchildren, Tanner, Parker Fletcher, Colin and Grant Westenmeyer.
