Visitation was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Phelps Funeral & Cremation Service (311 Hope Dr, Winchester, VA 22601). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
