Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Phelps Funeral & Cremation Service (311 Hope Dr, Winchester, VA 22601). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
