He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Longerbeam Royston and Margaret Elizabeth Royston; his stepson Michael Lee Singhas; his stepgreat-grandson Zachary Scott Singhas; and his siblings, Gilbert Carl Royston, William Walter Royston, Elizabeth Jane Royston (Betty) and Helen LaVerne Royston Magaha.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Mason Singhas; and his stepson Richard Scott Singhas. He is also survived by nine step-grandchildren; nine step-great-grandchildren and his ten nieces and nephews and their children.
