With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald Ramey of Winchester, Virginia, who passed away on November 28, 2022 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlton Leslie Ramey, Sr. and Mary Flora Ritter Ramey; and his siblings, Carlton L. "Buddy" Ramey, Jr. and Mary Lou Rissler. He is survived by: his children, Donald Jay Ramey of Orlando, FL and Leslie Rebecca Ramey (Jan) of Clarksburg, WV; and his brother Philip Conley Ramey of Winchester.
