It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dolores Ann Snyder Smith of Winchester, Virginia, born in Martinsburg, West Virginia, who passed away on February 16, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward L. Snyder and Elsie Unger Snyder; her sister-in-law Joy Snyder; and her nephews, Kirk Grubb (Edward L. Snyder) and Ill.
She is survived by: her husband Gerald F. Smith; her sons, Gerald F. Smith, Jr. (Kaye) of Winchester and Michael A. Smith (Wendy) of Middleburg, Virginia.; her grandchildren, Evan A. Smith (Lea) of Greenville, Emily N. Smith of Brooklyn, Victoria K. Smith, Mitchell A. Smith and Elise D. Smith of Winchester; her siblings, Edward L. Snyder, Jr. of Winchester, Shirley Butler (Harold) of Bunker Hill, Carolyn Woodward (Jimmy) of Martinsburg and Barbara Wood (Jim) of Gerrardstown; her stepgrandchildren, Tony Peccatiello, Chelsea Peccatiello and Ashley Ring (Jake); and her caregivers, Antonia Aikens, Dewanda Dixison, Elana Gentry, Jessica Harris, Rose Holtsclaw, Monique Lassiter, Laura Mead, Tracy Pinion, Tina Saunders, Heidi Singhas and Andrea Virgo. She is also survived by seven nieces and nephews.
