It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Diane Victoria Garber of Front Royal, Virginia, born in Woodbridge, Virginia, who passed away on January 31, 2023, at the age of 37, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her father, Larry Rasmussen Sr.; her brother Larry Rasmussen Jr.; and her grandfather Robert Rasmussen. She is survived by : Her Mother, Susan Hamilton Peacemaker; her grandmother Patsy Rasmussen; her children, Dawson Garber, Mira Capcara and Delilah Rasmussen; her siblings, Michael Rasmussen Sr. (Kelsey), Stephen Rasmussen (Amanda), Tristan Phillips and Traci Wallace (John); and her grandson Timothy Racine.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to her children.
