He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Miklos Nemeth-Barath and Dezso, Sr. Nemeth-Barath; his siblings-in-law, Colin and Anna Mae Collins; his brother Bela; and his daughter Carolyn Anne "Yumi" Nemeth-Barath.
He is survived by: his wife Anna "Anne" Colin Nemeth-Barath; his daughter Barbara Barath; and his grandchildren, Tony Darnell (Lorenda) and Tara (Danny Burrello). He is also survived by five greatgrandchildren.
