He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Shipman and Patricia Shull Shipman; and his wife Effie Elaine Shipman. He is survived by: his daughters, Jessy and Jody; and his siblings, Jim, Dale and Terry.
A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Phelps Funeral & Cremation Service (311 Hope Dr, Winchester, VA 22601).
