He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Costello and Rocksie Willis Costello; and his siblings, Adeline Farmer, Nancy Lorain Costello, James, Lou, Lawrence, Eddie and Billy Costello.
He is survived by: his wife Catherine Locke Costello; his children, Barbara J. Frazier (Chris) of Winchester and Randy A. Costello (Christina) of Winchester; his brother Robert Costello of Winchester; his granddaughters, Jennifer Frazier, Christina Mobley (Josh) and Isabella Costello; and his great grandchildren, Kane Frazier and Kayden Frazier.
