She was predeceased by: her parents, John Carper and Susan Trussell Carper; and her brother-in-law Mike Ambrose. She is survived by: her husband John Russell "Rusty" Jones Jr.; her son Christopher Jones (Candace) of Winchester; her grandchildren, Weylin and Shane; her siblings, Sandy Ambrose and John Carper Jr. (Sheila) of Winchester; and her siblings-in-law, Steve Jones (Cindy) and Diane Burnett (Steve). She is also survived by numerous nieces and one nephew.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Alzheimer's Association.
