He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert F. Phipps, John C. of Pennsylvania and Patricia E. Planker (Patterson) of Pennsylvania. He is survived by: his parents, Jack Phipps and Lisa Phipps of Winchester; his siblings, Megan of Berryville, Katherine of Winchester and Jonathan of Groton, CT.; and his grandmother Heidi Phipps of Kennerdell, PA. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
