It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chester John Lewandowski of Winchester, Virginia, who passed away on June 4, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the vast expanse of eternity, Chester John shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Chester John farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester S. Lewandowski and Anna Kotomski Lewandowski; and his former wife Susan Lewandowski. He is survived by: his children, Mark J. Lewandowski of Moorefield, WV, Robert J. Lewandowski of Winchester, VA and Kathryn A. Turner of Front Royal, VA. He is also survived by five brothers and one sister; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
