With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Philip Shobe Jr. of Winchester, Virginia, who passed away on January 15, 2024 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Sr. Shobe and Evelyn Whitacre Shobe; and his former wife Sharon Lee Shobe. He is survived by: his wife Mary; and his children, Heather Compton of Winchester, Randall Shobe of Marion, VA and Alicia Flores of Winchester. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Phil's name to St. Judes or the Wounded Warrior Project.
