He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Edward Viands and Mary Wolfe Viands (Blake); his grandchildren, Jason and Tiffany; and his siblings, William Howard Viands and Ruth Noami Burker (Lawrence).
He is survived by: his sons, Charles Viands (Audrey), David Viands (Tina) and Craig Viands (Sally); his grandchildren, Brittany, Laura, Travis, Charlotte, Matthew, Hunter and Jaxson; his great grandchildren, Maddy, Grayson, Cain and Ryder; and his sister Mary Ann Lamp (late Curtis).
