Barnard of Winchester, Virginia, born in Elk Garden, West Virginia, who passed away on August 31, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kenneth and Alma Mae Paugh Barnard; and his siblings, Kenneth Barnard and Alma "Sis" Hardesty. He is survived by: his spouse Eura "Darlene" Sherman Barnard; his children, Brandon L. Barnard of Winchester, VA and Shanna Donivan; his son-in-law Jason of Capon Bridge, WV; his sister Suzette "Peep" Harold of Kitzmiller, MD; his grandchildren, Sydney (Jeremy), Chaz, Mazie (Michael), Logan and Grant; and his great grandchildren, Owen and Atlas.
