He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward and Mary Magdalene Willis (Lanham); and his siblings, Linda Yvonne Willis Orndorff, Pete, Raymond and Herbert Willis.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his daughters, Denise, Donna and Deanna; his grandchildren, Matthew Anderson (Ashley), David Werdebaugh (Sarah), Amanda Simmers, Tucker Simmers (Cheyanne) and Charles Simmers; his great grandchildren, Landon, Addison Anderson, Avery and TJ Simmers; and his sister Charlotte Mae Willis Elms.
