It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlene Buchanan Parker of Winchester, Virginia, born in Tazewell, Tennessee, who passed away on March 5, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alva Dowell Buchanan and Callie Presley Buchanan; and her siblings, Cecil Buchanan, Curtis Buchanan and Geraldine McNamara.

She is survived by: her husband Earl Hall Parker; her niece Sharon Foltz; and her nephew Stuart McNamara.
