She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Baker and Audrey Baker. She is survived by: her husband Alfred W. Kanney; her children, Kathy Watson of Fairmont, NC, Patty Kanney of Winchester, VA and Fred Kanney of Bluemont, VA; and her grandchildren, Stephen Price, Stephany Price, Alyson Williams, Liam Kerns and Lindsey Mosely. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
