It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Aubrey Coleman Waters in Winchester, Virginia, born in Charles Town, West Virginia, who passed away on February 11, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Aubrey H. Waters and Carrie Waters; and his siblings, Annie Blair and Henry Burner. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Welsh; his sons, David Waters (Lynne) and Christopher Waters; his grandchildren, Andrew, Brandon, Hannah, Ada and Alex Waters; and his sisters, Lillie Bean (Donald), Frances Russell (Robert) and Carolyn Stimmel (James).
