She was predeceased by: her parents, George Willis Sherman and Eda Sherman (Fitzwater); her husband Wayne Godlove, Sr.; and her siblings, Charles Lee Sherman, Ralph Willis Sherman, Mary Ann Groves and Hazel Miller.
She is survived by: her sons, Wayne E. Godlove, Jr. (Kathi) of Winchester, VA and Timothy R. Godlove (Albena) of Arlington, VA; her grandchildren, Emily, Timothy, Jonathan and Laura; and her great grandchildren, Hailey, Parker and Baker.
In keeping with her wishes, the family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Shenandoah Valley Steam & Gas Engine Association, a cause close to her heart.
