He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Felicio and Rose Felicio (Urgo); his wife Joann Vermillion; his former wife Marguerite Theresa Felicio; and his siblings, Anna DeFrancisco, Mille Piro, Louis, Gabriel, George, Anthony and Robert Felicio.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Wright (late Robert) of Stephens City, VA, Albert A. Felicio, Jr. (Nancy) of Winchester, VA and Carleen Overacker (John) of Mt. Crawford, VA; his grandchildren, Zachary Wright (Bailey) of Stephens City, VA, Albert Felicio III (Karen) of Leesburg, VA, Angela Felicio of Winchester, VA, Matthew Overacker (Rachel) of Waynesboro, VA and Joshua Overacker of Mt. Crawford, VA; his great grandchildren, Charles Wright of Stephens City, VA, Phillip Wright of Stephens City, VA, Albert Anthony Felicio IV of Leesburg, VA, Jamie Overacker of Waynesboro, VA and Jacob Felicio of Leesburg, VA; his brother-in-law Jim Vermillion (late Anne) of Front Royal; and his extended family, Peggy Berger and Hope Owens. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
