He is survived by: his wife Nancy M. Nester Goad; his daughter Lora Goad; his stepdaughter Regina Nester; his sisters, Frances G. Reece (Belle) and Sylvia G. Hammill; and his grandchildren, Charlena Renee Goad, Marcus Dwayne Goad, Alonzo Keith Goad and Jose Manuel Goad. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
