He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Magdalene Kilgore (Maggie) and George Kenneth Isaac, Sr. of Norton, VA.. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Barkley; his children, Douglas Kline and Mary Susan Isaac (Susie) of Knoxville, TN; his siblings, G. Kenneth and Mary Jane; his stepson Stephen Oliver (Brenda) of Ocoee, FL; and his stepgranddaughters, Kelly O. Littlejohn (Jason) and Cynthia O. Geckas (Eric). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19, visitation will not be possible.
In lieu of flowers, should someone wish to do so, the family would like to have donations made to the American Heart Association in Doug's honor.
