She is survived by: her spouse Ronald L. Meer; her children, Jon D. Meer and Elizabeth S. (Dean); her grandchildren, Emily Collins and Reid Collins; and her siblings, Jeffrey (Liz) and Fisher. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, cousins, and numerous devoted friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Sharon's memory are to be made to Erie County Public Library, American Cancer Society or a charity of your choice.
