He was predeceased by: his wife Ehrentrudis "Trudy" Rinehart. He is survived by: his daughters, Suzanne Rinehart and Debra Stevenson (Ted Stevenson); his grandchildren, Erin Duke, Amanda Duke and Alex Duke; and his great grandchildren, Alex, Gabby, Waylon, Beau, Presley, Blake and Carter.
