He is survived by: his sons, Terry Jay and Sean Avery; his grandson Avery; his great-aunt Della Russell; his aunt Barbara Washington; and his uncles, Leonard Johnson (Cheryl), Robert Johnson, Sr. (Marjorie) and Robert Wormley. He is also survived by other loving relatives, church family members, and caring friends.
