She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Hall-Bailey and Edna Hall-Bailey; and her children, Keith Carneal Dillard, Byron Terrell Dillard and Constanza "Connie" Denise Dillard.
She is survived by: her sons, Douglas Larry Dillard and Kelvin Carnell Dillard; her grandchildren, Brandon Carneal Dillard, Stephanie Nicole Dillard and Bradley Dillard; and her great grandchildren, Sa'Riyah Rose Dillard and Sage Denise Dillard. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
