She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Willey Jr. and Stella Olivia Mills; her husband Thomas Earle Evans; her son Mark Eric Evans; her great grandchild Wendell Allan Wiley; and her siblings, Ray Willey, Joseph Bryd Willey, Levi Willey Sr., Guy Willey, Edna Willey Wheatley, Ruby Willey Abbott, Helen Willey Walk and Anna Mae Marsh.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Evans of St. Mathews, SC, Thomas Evans of Westminster, MD, Linda Stollar (Wayne) of St. Charles, MO, Mary Carrico (Paul) of Williamsburg, VA, Kathy Fast (Kevin) of Vienna, VA and Brenda Clapper (Greg) of Toano, VA. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren as well as nieces and nephews.
