He was predeceased by: his friend Dale Lucado; his parents, Vetty Eugene Johnson and Ruth Luckham; and his sister Yvonne Walker. He is survived by: his daughter Andrea Helen Johnson (Ben); his grandchildren, Kiyah and Dexter; his girlfriend Michelle Donnelly; his nephew Robert Keller (Donna); his niece Connie Buffa; his cousin Sharon Fields; and his pet Jack.
