Though Rodney Lee may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Rodney Lee leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his father Roger Franks of Hot Springs, Arkansas.. He is survived by: his wife Melissa Black Franks; his mother Jackie; and his brother Micheal Franks of Fredericksburg.
