He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary M. Thornton and Robert L. Thornton; and his siblings, Christine D. Davis, Mary L. Anderson, Catherine V. Wells and Samuel Thornton.
He is survived by: his siblings, Barbara Rodgers and Harry Thornton. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
